SOMATIC BREATHWORK

Somatic Breathwork utilizes cyclical breathing, paired with music to enable the nervous system to release, express, and receive.

Over time, we learn to suppress and repress our emotions (energy in motion), which can become lodged narratives of our psyche (mind), presenting effects in our soma (body).

Using our own breath, we can enter a space where pressure, suppression, tension, and energy have an outlet to release physically and emotionally; and to create space and receive clarity. It’s designed to move you out of the thinking mind and feel into the sensing body.
