  • Massage Therapy

A session for you to melt physical, mental, and emotional layers, allow your body to receive and to experience both relaxation and therapeutic benefits.

May include the following techniques: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi.

Focusing on light to deep pressure, with rhythmic movements and specific points to move energy, giving the body an opportunity to reset and restore. I utilize both therapeutic and intuitive touch to guide my sessions and honor the body and human I am working with.

  • Somatic Breathwork

Somatic Breathwork is a guided modality that utilizes cyclical breathing, paired with music to enable the nervous system to release, express, and receive.

Over time, we learn to suppress and repress our emotions (energy in motion), which can become lodged narratives of our psyche (mind), presenting effects in our soma (body).

Using our own breath, we can enter a space where this pressure, suppression, tension, and energy have an outlet to release physically and emotionally; and to create space and receive clarity. It’s designed to move you out of the thinking mind and feel into the sensing body.
